Privacy policy

Data controller: JK Software Services LLC (30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), reachable at support@getqrforever.com.

Account data: email address and identifier, or the information Google provides when you sign in with Google. Used only to authenticate your account and attach your QR codes.

Scan data: on each scan of a dynamic QR code we record the date, device type (iOS, Android, other), a user-agent excerpt and possibly the referring page. We collect no name, email or precise location of the person scanning.

Purposes: serving the redirect, producing your dashboard statistics, enforcing your plan quotas and securing the service.

Legal basis: contract performance for account and scan data, legitimate interest for security, consent for any marketing communication.

Retention: account data is kept while the account exists; scan data is kept for 24 months, then deleted or aggregated.

Processors: hosting and database (Lovable and its cloud providers), authentication, and payments: Stripe, our payment processor, which processes transaction data (we never store your card numbers). No data is sold.

Security: we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption of communications in transit, strict access controls on data, access logging — to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. Write to support@getqrforever.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact your national data protection authority.
