Terms of sale and use

Purpose: QRForever provides static and dynamic QR code generation, with redirection and scan counting on paid plans.

Price and payment: Starter, Pro and Business are sold as a one-time payment, with no subscription and no automatic renewal. Displayed prices include tax, in the currency shown on the Pricing page.

Seller: all sales are made directly by JK Software Services LLC. Payments are securely processed by Stripe; we handle customer service and refunds.

Scope of the "lifetime" licence: "lifetime" means the operating life of the QRForever service. Should the service ever shut down, we commit to at least 6 months' notice and a full export of your QR codes and destinations.

Quotas: each plan includes a maximum number of dynamic QR codes and a monthly volume of recorded scans. Beyond the quota, redirects keep working but new scans stop being recorded until the following month.

Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, except in cases of manifest abuse of the service.

User obligations: using a QRForever code to redirect to illegal, deceptive, malicious or infringing content is prohibited. Any breach leads to account suspension without refund.

Availability: we aim for maximum redirect availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant plan.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. Please contact support@getqrforever.com before any proceedings.
