Refund policy

Timeframe: you have 14 calendar days from the payment confirmation to request a full refund of your Starter, Pro or Business plan.

Eligibility: refunds apply to the first purchase of a paid plan. They do not apply to renewals, upgrades or repeat purchases of the same plan.

Abuse: we reserve the right to refuse or reduce the refund in cases of manifest abuse (mass creation of dynamic QR codes solely to obtain a refund, illegal content, etc.).

Process: email support@getqrforever.com with your account email and purchase date. Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Effect: after refunding, your account reverts to the Free plan. Dynamic QR codes created during the paid period remain visible but cannot be edited until you subscribe again.
